Frequently Asked Questions

  • We now offer a range of sizes for our home commissions, these include: A5 (smallest), a4, and a3 (largest).

    Our A5 size is perfect for less detailed homes. This is the perfect gift, or small piece of memorabilia.

    Our A4 size is our most popular, as it offers a more detailed illustration, while not being too large in size.

    Our A3 size is perfect for larger buildings, e.g. wedding venues, that include a large ammount of details.

  • As I am an architecture-based illustrator, I do struggle with illustrating people and animals, so these won’t be included in our commissions. We will also remove vehicles as standard, unless specified in the form.

    Exemptions will sometimes be made, e.g., if the animal is of a statue form.

  • We work to a standard turnaround time of 8-12 weeks. However, if the date specified is over a 14-day period, we will guarantee delivery for this date.

    Without a date specified, you will look at the shipment closer to the 12-week mark.
